What luggage can you bring?

Each vehicle can carry up to 8 passengers and standard luggage (one suitcase and one carry-on bag per person). Please inquire when booking if you have non-standard luggage.

Do drivers speak Russian or English?

Yes, our team includes drivers who speak Russian, Spanish, and English.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

We monitor the arrival time based on the flight number and adjust the pick-up to the actual landing time, at no extra charge.

Are child seats available?

Yes, when making your reservation, you can indicate the number and age of the children—we will provide appropriate car seats or booster seats free of charge, in accordance with age and safety regulations.
